Medical School: University of South Florida
Residency: University of South Florida. I grew up much of my life in Florida, splitting my time between Orlando and Tampa. I completed a combined 7 year B.S. and M.D. program at the University of South Florida where I also completed a combined residency in both Internal Medicine and Pediatrics serving as chief resident for my last year. I taught as core faculty at the University of Mississippi where I was honored to win teaching awards for my last two years. I am board certified to care for both children plus adults and am very passionate about Transitional Care Medicine looking after patients with complex and chronic childhood diseases who then become adults. I am also very interested in obesity medicine, point-of-care ultrasound, bedside procedures, medical education, and affordable medical technology.
I am thrilled to be back home in Florida and can't wait to get started serving the community that helped raise me
