We offer a variety of community health education classes and screenings to give you a Choice in your health decisions. You can Trust that our community outreach programs reach those who need it the most. We hope to give you a brighter Outlook by incorporating wellness into your daily life. Community Education and Outreach Programs
Your health is an ongoing process — not just something to think about when seeing your doctor. At AdventHealth Carrollwood, formerly Florida Hospital Carrollwood, we know that building a healthy community starts outside of our hospital walls. That’s why you’ll find our staff working directly with our neighbors in a variety of community education classes and through our low-cost or free health screenings.
We also partner with local organizations to extend our reach even further and give local leaders the resources they need to become health ambassadors in their communities. It’s our way of spreading the healing ministry of Christ throughout our community.
Our partnership with CABA allows us to host a variety of hospital and health-related events, promoting community wellness while supporting local businesses.
