Committed to Your Care
Whether you’re here for an emergency or a checkup, you should feel well taken care of. That's why we created a hospital that’s friendly, open, and efficient. With an advanced management system and an award-winning approach to treatment, our physicians spend less time tracking down patient records and more time providing the best medical care.
During your stay at AdventHealth Carrollwood, formerly Florida Hospital Carrollwood, you can watch videos to learn more about your condition, use our free WiFi to stay connected, and visit our non-denominational chapel for a moment of peace. Your care is our top priority — and we’ll give you all the hospital amenities and patient resources you need to recover and recharge. It’s time to start feeling better and start feeling whole.

- Know What to Bring
Whether you’re coming for a planned procedure or an emergency visit, a trip to the hospital can be stressful. Simplify the process by knowing what to bring ahead of time:
- Bring a list of prescriptions, but allow us to dispense your medications.
- Bring any referrals or tests from your physician to help streamline your care.
- Bring your photo ID and your insurance card.
- Don’t bring any valuables, leave your possessions with loved ones for safekeeping.
- Don’t worry about bringing toiletries. If you stay overnight, we’ll provide you with necessities, sleepwear, and slippers.
- Pastoral Care
A hospital stay can be an unexpected, anxious and a lonely time, not only for loved ones, but family and friends as well. AdventHealth Carrollwood knows that your spiritual care is also an important part of the healing process. That’s why members of the Department of Pastoral Care are available to you and your loved ones during your time in the hospital, providing you with spiritual care and support.
Contact a Chaplain
Patients, their family members or friends can request a visit from a chaplain, and we are also available to assist clergy or other pastors coming to visit their congregants.
