a bowl of oats, topped with fresh raspberries and chunks of apple

Breakfast Quick and Customizable

Muesli is a Swiss dish that has lately taken many forms, such as overnight oats. This version doesn’t require overnight refrigeration and is an easy, healthy, last-minute breakfast. It’s like granola without the work of making and baking—and minus the crunch! It’s also deliciously salt free. We’ve listed dairy-free milk as the liquid, but some people prefer juice. The best part is that this recipe can easily be customized. Diced winter pears can replace the apple, and fresh berries of all kinds make great toppers. Vanilla, cinnamon, or other favorite flavorings may also be added. Now that you have the idea, enjoy your morning oats!
