Childbirth Preparation Class (Virtual)

You are warmly invited to join our Virtual Childbirth Preparation Class.

This three-part interactive series will take place:

• Part 1: Monday, January 12, 2026
• Part 2: Monday, January 19, 2026
• Part 3: Monday, January 26, 2026
• 6:30 PM – 8:30 PM EST (each evening)

This class is designed to help expecting parents and one support person feel more confident, empowered, and informed as you prepare for labor, birth, and the early postpartum period. We will look at pre-labor signs, onset of labor, stages of labor, comfort techniques, labor support techniques, pain management, interventions, cesarean birth, postpartum education, and newborn information.

• It is recommended to take this class 4-6 week before your due date.
• Only one person needs to register to attend this class.
• One adult support person is encouraged and welcome to attend this class with you.
