Get Started
AdventHealth Rx Plus Pharmacy makes it easy to get the maintenance prescriptions you need because your whole health matters to us.
It’s That Easy
When you start taking a new maintenance medication to stay healthy, we’ll connect with you to help you transition to AdventHealth Rx Plus Pharmacy. Here’s how it works:
You’ll take the prescription your physician wrote to your local pharmacy. Once you get it filled the first time, we’ll contact you to make sure you’ll be continuing the medication.
Then, we’ll help you complete the forms you need to arrange for delivery — and cost savings. Just make sure your contact information is up to date with AdventHealth Rx Plus Pharmacy.

Learn the Facts About Your Medicines
AdventHealth Rx Plus Pharmacy uses MedsOnCue, a unique service designed to provide you with information on your medications.
- What is MedsOnCue?
-
MedsOnCue delivers hundreds of on-demand medication videos, in both English and Spanish, straight to your smartphone and electronic tablets. Other valuable services included Med Guides, written information, drug images and more.
- How does it work?
-
MedsOnCue utilizes QR codes printed on your receipt to deliver on-demand prescription-specific videos. You only need two things- a smartphone or electronic tablet, and a QR scanning app to access the videos and other valuable information. You can download a free QR app if you don’t have one.
- What is a QR Code?
-
QR or Quick Response Codes are a type of two-dimensional barcode that can be read using smartphones (or electronic tablets) and QR scanning app, that link directly to websites, text, emails, phone numbers and more. The QR code on your pharmacy receipt links to the MedsOnCue website.
- What is the MedsOnCue ‘going green’ initiative?
-
MedsOnCue has been favorably reviewed by many state boards of pharmacy executives and is an alternative to printing patient education and drug monographs.
- What if I don't have a Smartphone?
-
If you do not have a smartphone, AdventHealth Rx Plus Pharmacy is working on adding the library to search for videos using the medication name or NDC number located on your pharmacy receipt. If you wish to have a printed copy of the patient education and drug monograph mailed to you, please email us at [email protected].
- Will there be a QR code printed for every prescription?
-
All prescriptions will have a QR code printed on the pharmacy receipt, but not every prescription will have a medication specific video. If you have any questions on MedsOnCue, email us at [email protected].
