Cardiac Implantable Device Support Group

We’re here to help you regain your whole health and improve your quality of life. If you have an implantable cardiac device, this setting provides a safe, supportive place to talk about and discuss challenges or concerns before and after your device. Ongoing education is provided by our Cardiology Nurse Navigator. Our whole-person approach to care addresses the needs of your heart, while also providing compassionate support that boosts your mind and spirit.
