Maybe you've been dealing with a long-term condition. Maybe you just had a baby. Or maybe you're looking to make a lifestyle change. You might not need to see a doctor, but you could use some guidance. That's why AdventHealth Zephyrhills, formerly Florida Hospital Zephyrhills, makes it easy to incorporate wellness into your daily life with community health education classes — covering everything from infant CPR to heart health for seniors — and free, community support groups. If you've been putting off preventative care, take medical bills out of the equation with our free or low-cost health screenings. It’s all part of our way of extending the healing ministry of Christ to all of our neighbors.
If you’re considering or have had bariatric surgery, this setting provides a safe, supportive place to talk about weight loss and discuss challenges or concerns. Ongoing education is provided by our Bariatric and Digestive Health Nurse Navigator.
If you have or are planning to have an implantable cardiac device, such as a pacemaker or defibrillator, this support group is designed to help you manage your new implant. Ongoing education is provided by our Cardiology Nurse Navigator.

Childbirth Classes

Grief Support Group
Grief is very personal and everyone copes with the death of a person differently. Our AdventHealth Chaplains have created a space where you can deal freely with your loss. Their goal is to help you move to a more positive place emotionally and spiritually.
This group will meet every second Thursday of the month at AdventHealth Wellness Center Zephyrhills.

Join other individuals recovering from compulsive eating and be part of a supportive network.
