Caregiving is a full-time job. Filling prescriptions, scheduling appointments, and just sharing the journey can be challenging. During your visit to AdventHealth Zephyrhills, formerly Florida Hospital Zephyrhills, in the Tampa Bay-area of Florida, we want to help you meet your loved one's needs in the best way possible. And we want to make your service a little easier with our hospital amenities and caregiver support services.
We know you care better for your loved one when you have someone supporting you. So we’ve thought of everything you might need during your stay: from food and parking to insurance and gifts. And since being a caregiver can be challenging, we offer a team of qualified spiritual-support staff to ease your burdens and provide a listening ear.

Need something to eat? Someone to talk to? We offer a number of onsite services to make your visit more convenient and low-stress.
Complimentary WiFi
To keep you connected and in touch with the rest of the world during your visit, we offer free WiFi throughout the hospital.
Creation Café
Our onsite Creation Café has something for everyone: fresh fruit, vegetarian dishes, a salad bar, and a variety of breads and meats. Build your own sandwich, enjoy a piece of delicious pie, or create a sundae at our yogurt station. Open daily. Hours:
- Monday through Friday: 6:30 am to 6:30 pm
- Saturday through Sunday: 11:30 am to 6:30 pm
Hospital Gift Shops
Choose from fresh flowers, jewelry, stuffed animals, and a range of other gifts at one of our two hospital gift shops. Located on the first floor near the hospital’s main lobby and in our Simpson Breast Health Center.

- Tuesday – Friday: 8:30 am to 4:30 pm
- Saturday: Closed
- Sunday: 11:30 am to 4:30 pm

Non-Denominational Chapel
As a faith-based health-care provider, we recognize that a peaceful chapel helps many visitors recharge spiritually and emotionally. Our onsite chapel, located near the main entrance, is open 24/7 to guests of all denominations. Just a short walk from the chapel, our healing gardens provide the perfect setting to relax and rejuvenate in the beauty of nature.
You shouldn’t have to do this alone. If you need guidance, spiritual support, or just a listening ear as you care for your loved one, contact our pastoral team. To meet with a chaplain, simply ask a staff member or call our Chaplain’s office at Call813-715-6618.
Hospital Visiting Hours
We encourage visitors, with daily hospital visiting hours from 8:30 am to 8:30 pm.

Free Parking
Located at the front of the hospital, our free onsite parking is open to all visitors and patients.
For the Emergency Room, Outpatient Center, or Simpson Breast-Health Center, parking is located by the north and south ends of the hospital, close to the entrance to each facility. You can follow signs throughout the campus to find designated parking areas.
Valet Parking
We also offer free valet parking for patients and visitors Monday through Friday, 8 am to 6 pm. Tipping is not accepted. It’s our pleasure to help you.
