  • “Beat Goes On” Cardiac Support Group

    This meeting offers the opportunity to speak openly and honestly about your feelings to help you improve coping skills, reduce stress/anxiety and share information related to heart care.   • Better Breathers Club

    Sponsored by the American Lung Association, this group provides opportunities for people with lung disorders to learn about lung diseases, develop positive coping skills, and share concerns with a community.   • Birth Coordinator Visit

    Our Birth Coordinators work directly with expectant moms to discuss labor options, forms of pain relief, who should be in the room and more. Limited weekly appointments available. To register, call Call863-402-3405.

  • Breastfeeding Education Classes

    A free 2-hour class monthly to teach expectant couples the basic skills for successful breastfeeding. Taught by a Certified Lactation Consultant, this class covers getting started, latching, pumping and maintaining your milk supply.   • Cardiac Nutrition Classes

    A free class on the dietary effects on heart disease. Learn about healthy alternatives that help reverse and delay further progression of illness. To register, call the Cardiac & Pulmonary Rehabilitation Center at Call863-386-7180.

  • Childbirth Education

    A 4-week class focused on preparing parents for the childbirth experience. Our instructors are certified childbirth educators with experience in labor support. Meeting from 6:30 – 8:30 pm, the full class series costs $40. To register, call the Childbirth Education Team at Call863-402-3258.

  • “Circle of Hope” Cancer Support Group

    Bringing cancer patients and their friends and family together for support, encouragement and strength to face the challenges of cancer. Meets monthly on the third Tuesday from 5:30 – 6:30 pm. For more information, call the Cancer Institute at Call863-382-2049.

  • CREATION Life Classes

    This free 8-week series will inspire you to make progress toward an abundant life of joy, health, peace and hope. Each letter in the word CREATION stands for a principle of health. To register, call Call863-386-6421

  • Depression Support Group

    Led by a licensed professional, attendees will identify and manage stressors and problems that may be worsening their symptoms. This group will help develop skills and coping strategies to assist in removing barriers to recovery. For more information, call Call863-386-6421.

  • Diabetes Self-Management Class

    A 10-hour comprehensive education program over three sessions to learn about the causes of diabetes, monitoring blood sugars, medications and nutrition education, and setting healthy lifestyle goals. To register, call the Diabetes Center at Call863-402-0177.

  • Diabetes Support Group

    To help people with diabetes achieve optimum management of their disease by sharing updated research/treatments and equipping them with the tools to reverse their disease with lifestyle changes, if possible.   • Grief Support Group

  • Matter of Balance

  • Parkinson’s Support Group

    Sponsored by the National Parkinson’s Foundation, this group encourages Parkinson’s patients, families, friends and care team members to learn more about caring for and coping with the disease. Meets monthly. For more information, call Call863-386-6421.

  • Pre-Diabetes

    A free three-hour class that looks at the meaning of insulin resistance, and the physiology of pre-diabetes versus diabetes states with a focus on diet and exercise. Classes are offered in English and in Spanish. To register, call the Diabetes Center at Call863-402-0177.

    A free 1-hour class that includes progressive poses that flow smoothly to accommodate all fitness levels. The poses increase strength and flexibility while incorporating the concept of mindful movement, linking mind, body and breath. To register, call Call863-386-6421.
