At AdventHealth Sebring, we want healthy living to be accessible to everyone in our community — but we know that concerns about your safety and comfort in the Florida heat can keep you from getting outdoors. Our Mall Walkers Club at the Lakeshore Mall allows you to exercise on a flat, even surface with controlled temperatures in a friendly and inviting atmosphere.

When you join the program, you’ll gain access to an exclusive online community where you can log your progress, level up to reach milestones, and earn prizes. We’re committed to creating a positive and supportive environment that nurtures your whole health.

We meet at the Lakeshore Mall Food Court on the second Thursday of each month at 8:30 am. You are welcome to walk before or after the 8:30 am meeting. The Mall is open for walkers each day from 7 am – 9 pm. Enter through the Food Court entrance. For more information call Call863-386-6468.
