Pay Your Bill Online
Paying your hospital, imaging, urgent care or physician bill online is simple and secure.
Providers Who Bill Separately
A hospital stay can bring many visits and services from multiple medical providers. Services may be provided in the hospital by AdventHealth as well as by other health care practitioners who may bill you separately, like the providers below.
If you have a scheduled health care service that requires a hospital stay, we recommend contacting your anticipated health care practitioners within the hospital to confirm they participate with your insurance provider. This way, you can get information about billing practices and an estimate for your upcoming services to help avoid any unexpected challenges and fees
| Specialty | Provider | Phone |
|---|---|---|
| Emergency Medicine | Wake Forest Baptist Health Emergency Physicians | Call800-355-2470 |
| Pathology | Pathologist Medical Lab (PML) | Call828-253-0762 |
| Radiology | Asheville Radiological Consultants | Call866-407-3323 |
If you have any questions about your bill or don’t see your provider bill type above, please contact us at Call855-241-2455, or fill out our financial contact form and an AdventHealth representative will be happy to help you.

Your Legal Protection From Balance Billing
When you get emergency care or are treated by an out-of-network provider at an in-network hospital or ambulatory surgical center, you’re protected from surprise billing — also known as balance billing. Learn more about your rights under North Carolina law and the federal No Surprises Act.
Helping Patients Make Informed Decisions
We're committed to price transparency and believe you should know the cost of items and services well before you receive a medical bill. A hospital’s charges are the same for all patients, but each patient’s responsibility may vary, depending on payment plans negotiated with individual health insurance companies and your out-of-pocket responsibility (i.e., deductible, co-insurance, copays, etc.).
