For the People You Care About
You bring love and light to your loved ones with every visit to our Hendersonville hospital. We thank you for supporting them. And we're here to support you with the hospital information and visitor resources you need to make your visit to AdventHealth Hendersonville, formerly Park Ridge Health, as convenient as possible. Brighten your loved one's day with flowers from our gift shop. Add their name to our prayer list. Find a moment of peace and solitude in our chapel. It's our way of showing that we care for you, too.

Updated Hospital Visitor Restrictions and Visiting Hours
AdventHealth Hendersonville has adjusted visitor restrictions in several departments at its hospital campus. It is vital we take measures to minimize the risk of infection for patients and protect our providers and team members who are on the front lines. Our measures are for the protection of everyone, including visitors.
No visitors for patients at our hospital.
- Pediatric Patients - may have one adult visitor with them.
- OB Patients – Laboring mothers may have one designated support person, who must stay with the patient in the room for the entire time.
- End-of-life patients, regardless of COVID-19 status, may have two visitors at a time, with a maximum of six visitors per day.
- Outpatient Surgery – patients may have one person come in for discharge instructions.
In all circumstances, visitors who are sick will not be permitted to enter the hospital, unless they are seeking personal medical care.
We strongly encourage patients and their loved ones to remain closely connected through virtual tools, including Skype, FaceTime and the telephone. AdventHealth Hendersonville continues to provide access to tablets for patients who do not have this technology with them.

This service is available Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm.

- Pastoral Care
Our dedication to providing compassionate, Christ-centered care continues beyond the birthing center, the exam rooms, and ER. We believe that true health comes from caring for the whole person — body, mind, and spirit. Our hospitals were built upon this foundation and it still guides the care we provide every day.
Throughout your course of care, if you wish to talk with someone who can provide spiritual support and guidance, our pastoral-care team is here to listen, counsel, and comfort. Regardless of your faith tradition, our team of qualified, spiritual guides will help you stay positive and channel hope and faith. Each of our chaplains focuses on the spiritual healing and restoration of those in our care, including their friends and families.
If you wish to speak with your own pastor, priest, or other personal spiritual mentor, we will be happy to contact them for you. To help ease the transition for those admitted to our facility, all new guests are visited by one of our pastoral-care team members within 24-hours of admission.
Our pastoral-care services include:
- Arrangement of baptisms and communion
- Crisis support for guests, families, and AdventHealth Hendersonville team members
- Grief counseling
- Guest visitation
- Meditation groups
- Spiritual support
Community-based pastoral-care services:
- Funeral services
- Grief counseling
- Home visitation to former guests under the care of home-health services
- Premarital counseling
To arrange any of the above services, or to speak directly with a pastoral-care team member, please call Call828-681-2159.
