Gordon Hospital presented with top performer awards

Pam Guler, vice president of patient experience at Adventist Health System, recently presented Gordon Hospital with several awards including Top Performer in Patient Experience for all of Adventist Health System, in inpatient HCAHPS. HCAHPS, the Hospital Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems, is a patient satisfaction survey required by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid to make sure the voice of the patient is heard.

Our front-line team is committed to providing each patient and their family members with an exceptional experience while they are in our care, said Pete Weber, president and CEO of Gordon Hospital. Our goal is to continually grow and improve, and I am proud of the work they do each and every day to extend the healing ministry of Christ throughout our community.

Other awards that were presented to Gordon Hospital are Top Performer in Nurse Communication, Quiet Environment, and Purposeful Hourly Rounding.
