Here to Help

AdventHealth requires that payment be made at the time of service for any amount not covered by insurance. Insurance deductibles and co-payments will be considered as deposits and are due at the time of service.

For those without insurance, the total estimated hospital bill less any initial deposits made, is due upon discharge. If you are unable to make the full payment at discharge, you can ask to see a financial counselor as soon as possible who can review alternate payment options with you, including a payment plan. Payments can be in cash, check, debit card or credit card. Electronic funds transfers are also available.

It is important to understand what medical services are covered by your insurance policy. We encourage patients to confirm with their insurance provider if AdventHealth's services are covered by their policies, and how much of their bill they will be responsible for.

Should you have any questions about a bill you have received, please contact us at Call855-241-2455 and an AdventHealth representative will be happy to help you.
