Dr. Patel is board-certified in Family Medicine with specialties including asthma, hypertension, diabetes, adult wellness exams, pediatric wellness exams and Medicare wellness exams. She received her medical degree from Midwestern University – Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed her residency in Family Medicine at UChicago Medicine AdventHealth Hinsdale.
Dr. Fitzgerald is board-certified in Family Medicine with specialties including diabetes, hypertension, obesity and preventive medicine. He received his medical degree from Midwestern University – Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed his residency in Family Medicine at Resurrection Medical Center.
