In October 2025, Colorado Joint Replacement at AdventHealth Porter welcomed the John N. Insall Traveling Fellowship, an international program that brings leading knee surgeons together to learn, collaborate and elevate the future of joint care. While the fellowship honors Dr. John Insall’s legacy in knee reconstruction, its purpose reaches far beyond professional development. Each year, select fellows from national and international institutions travel across North America to engage with surgeons from total joint replacement centers of excellence.
