AdventHealth Primary Care Clinic’s Behavioral Health team is pleased to announce the addition of Jennifer Scott, MSW, CSW, to our team of dedicated providers. Jennifer Scott is a Certified Social Worker licensed through the Kentucky Board of Social Work, bringing nearly two decades of experience in case management and a passion for supporting patients of all ages.
Jennifer’s care philosophy is rooted in compassion, hope, and advocacy: “With every patient, I will choose to be the voice, the bridge, and the hand that holds, because social work isn’t just what I do—it’s who I am.” Her commitment to helping others is evident in her approach to patient care and her dedication to making a positive impact in the community.
Jennifer is certified in Sand Tray Therapy and is known for her ability to connect with families and provide specialized support. She is comfortable with both physician and patient-directed referrals and is available to see patients Monday through Thursday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, and Fridays from 8:00 am to noon.
Outside of work, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her husband, two children, and two dogs, as well as cooking, baking, and relaxing at the beach. Her favorite motto, inspired by her intro song “Lean on Me,” reflects her dedication to being a friend and support to those in need.
