NEW SMYRNA BEACH, Fla., Nov. 7, 2019 – AdventHealth New Smyrna Beach has named three new members to serve on the board of directors for its foundation: Carol Court, Jeff Tyrrell and Linda Witzel.
Court is a New Smyrna Beach resident and the co-owner and director of sales for East Coast Current, a monthly magazine covering Volusia County. She is a board member of the Early Learning Coalition of Flagler and Volusia and serves as the chair of the fundraising committee. She is also a board member of the United Way’s Women United Volusia Chapter, where she serves as the co-chair for the Power of the Purse event in 2020.
Court is a member of the Southeast Volusia Chamber of Commerce, the Daytona Regional Chamber of Commerce and the Ormond Beach Chamber of Commerce. She is also a member of the Port Orange South Daytona Chamber of Commerce and will serve on the 2020 executive board as the vice president of special events.
Court is also a member of the Preferred Business Group (PBG), an organization of various businesses within Volusia and Flagler counties.
Tyrrell is a retired marketing professional. A New Smyrna Beach resident, Tyrrell places a strong emphasis on volunteering his time and efforts to make a positive impact in the lives of others.
Witzel is a financial advisor at Anders & Anders Financial Group. Witzel belongs to the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors, the Southeast Volusia Chamber of Commerce and Girls on the Run of Volusia County.
