AdventHealth Manchester is pleased to announce the appointment of Zeah Schlisner as its new Chief Financial Officer, bringing more than 20 years of experience in healthcare finance.
Zeah joins AdventHealth Manchester from Denver, Colorado, where she and her family have lived for the past 19 years. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Union College in Lincoln, Nebraska, and has built a career spanning short-term acute care, long-term acute care, private equity startups, and physician-owned private practices.
With 13 years in leadership roles, Zeah has successfully led transformative initiatives. Her diverse background and strategic mindset equip her to navigate the evolving healthcare landscape with clarity and foresight.
“I bring a deep understanding of healthcare and a commitment to listening and learning,” Zeah shared. “My goal is to build strong relationships across departments and align our financial strategies with the hospital’s mission and 2026 goals.”
Zeah is passionate about collaboration and believes in leading by example. During her first 90 days, she plans to meet with department leaders to understand their priorities and goals for the coming year. She also recognizes the challenges ahead particularly in navigating reimbursement complexities but sees great opportunity in the strength and dedication of the Manchester team.
Outside of work, Zeah enjoys sewing, reading, hiking, and cooking, though much of her time is joyfully spent supporting her children’s activities.
Please join us in welcoming Zeah Schlisner to the AdventHealth Manchester family. We look forward to the leadership, insight, and compassion she brings to our mission of Extending the Healing Ministry of Christ.
