AdventHealth Manchester is pleased to share that its outpatient clinics have been nationally recognized for delivering an exceptional patient experience, ranking above the 75th percentile in both the first and second quarters of 2025.
These rankings, based on national benchmarks for patient satisfaction and likelihood to recommend care, place AdventHealth Manchester’s clinics among the top performers across the country.
“This recognition is a reflection of the whole-person care our teams provide every day,” said April Hubbard, RN, Clinic Operations Director at AdventHealth Manchester. “It’s about more than just clinical excellence, it’s about compassion, connection, and making sure every patient feels seen, heard, and valued.”
The achievement follows intentional efforts to enhance communication, improve care coordination, and create a seamless, supportive experience for every patient who walks through the door.
Clinic leaders are encouraging team members to take a moment to celebrate this milestone, and to continue living out AdventHealth’s mission of Extending the Healing Ministry of Christ.
