As AdventHealth continues to put patients and team members at the center of everything they do, AdventHealth Georgia is pleased to announce two key additions to its leadership team: Paris Dukes as chief people officer and Patricia “Trish” Price as chief nursing officer. These appointments reflect AdventHealth’s continued commitment to advancing clinical excellence, fostering a thriving workplace culture, and supporting the communities we serve.
Paris Dukes joins AdventHealth Georgia as chief people officer for the market, serving as the human resources leader for AdventHealth Gordon and AdventHealth Murray. She brings extensive experience in strategic operations and human resources, most recently serving as executive director of strategic operations and HR for AdventHealth’s Primary Health Division in Central Florida. Prior to that, Paris was director of human resources and human resources business partner for AdventHealth Fish Memorial.
Trish Price joins AdventHealth Georgia and AdventHealth Redmond as chief nursing officer, bringing more than 25 years of dedicated service within AdventHealth. Most recently, Trish served as chief nursing officer at AdventHealth Ocala, where her leadership transformed hospital performance and reputation. Under her guidance, AdventHealth Ocala significantly improved its clinical outcomes and patient safety grades. She also spearheaded efforts that elevated the hospital’s Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) star rating from one to four stars.
Paris and Trish are excited to join the growing AdventHealth Georgia team and serve the patients, families and team members in Northwest Georgia.
