Bringing Our Mission Beyond Our Walls
Every person’s health starts with the foundation of community wellness. That’s why we actively promote the eight universal aspects of CREATION Life — Choice, Rest, Environment, Activity, Trust, Interpersonal Relationships, Outlook, and Nutrition — to help people achieve long-lasting good health. At our location in Pasco County, Florida, AdventHealth Wesley Chapel, formerly Florida Hospital Wesley Chapel, offers a variety of free and low-cost classes, screenings, and health support groups along with special programs for people with specific conditions like diabetes and cancer. And we partner with Pioneer Medical Group Foundation to help provide free medical care to homeless, uninsured, and underinsured people in our community.
For Everyone in Our Community
Maybe you’re looking to quit smoking and need some help getting started. Maybe the thought of medical bills means you’ve been putting off preventative care. Or maybe you could use a listening ear. Whatever your situation is, AdventHealth Wesley Chapel, formerly Florida Hospital Wesley Chapel, wants to make it easy for you to incorporate wellness into your daily life and get the care you deserve. That’s why we offer free or low-cost wellness classes, health support groups, and health screenings. It’s all part of our way of extending the healing ministry of Christ to all of our neighbors — regardless of background, race, religion, or culture.
