Our AdventHealth Wesley Chapel Foundation is raising funds to help develop a new inpatient wing dedicated to serving oncology patients. This new area will be the first of its kind in Pasco County, featuring 11,000 square feet and 20 patient rooms.
The wing comes at a time of great growth for our community and our hospital. AdventHealth Wesley Chapel has also partnered with Moffitt Cancer Center to open an outpatient center on the Wesley Chapel campus. The center will provide medical and radiation oncology services and is designed to accommodate 20 exam rooms, 22 infusion stations and two linear accelerators. Cancer screenings and survivorship programs geared toward patients who are post-treatment and in remission will also be available.
These expansions are part of our key imperative to provide more convenient access to the highest quality care and offer more health care options to our communities, while delivering on our promise to help everyone we serve feel whole.
Your investment in the new inpatient wing is an investment in the prosperous future of family, friends and fellow community members who will be impacted by this grave disease.
