More Ways to Support Us
There is nothing more rewarding than making a donation or giving a planned gift that you know helps deliver life-changing care. And just like no two individuals are the same, there are a variety of ways to give, including cash, securities, real estate, stock, life insurance and personal property to name a few. Your donations allows us to continue providing whole-person, compassionate care to everyone we serve.
Start a chain reaction. Maximize your gift. Contact your employer’s human-resources department to find out if it will match charitable gifts of volunteer time or donations.
Think ahead. Your planned gift can help future generations receive the whole-person care they need. Contact our Foundation team to learn about including AdventHealth Wesley Chapel in your will. There are many ways to give a planned gift. We accept retirement plan assets, savings bonds, life-insurance death benefits, cash, securities, real estate, closely held stock, and tangible personal property.
Honor a Caregiver
Give the gift of gratitude and honor a caregiver through the AdventHealth Wesley Chapel Foundation. A caregiver can be anyone on the AdventHealth Wesley Chapel team who provided you or a loved one with exceptional care. When you make a gift in a caregiver’s honor, they will receive a certificate of appreciation. If you choose to honor a department, unit or floor, we will share your thoughtful recognition with the entire group. To honor a caregiver online, click here, select "Honor a Caregiver - Wesley Chapel" from the drop down menu, and leave a comment about your exceptional care team.
Join the 2012 Society
If you work at our hospital, you already provide so much to our patients and community. If you want to give a little more, consider joining the 2012 Society, our employee-giving program. The program enables you to donate a portion of each paycheck to supporting the ongoing healing mission of AdventHealth Wesley Chapel. Contact Us to find out more.

Our volunteers make an incredible impact on our patients, visitors, and team. To give something back to your community, expand your resume, earn (non court-ordered) community-service hours or broaden your horizons, consider volunteering at your local Wesley Chapel hospital. We offer adult, college, and teen programs although, at this time, we’re unable to offer summer-only opportunities.
Please take a moment to read our program requirements before completing the Interest Form:
- A background check is required and is conducted by Volunteer Services (at no cost to you).
- All our volunteers must sign a Confidentiality Agreement.
- If you’re a teen volunteer, you’ll need a minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Proficiency in the English language is required.
- The minimum age to volunteer is 16.
- Two letters of recommendation are required.
- We have a time commitment of six months of service with one three- to four-hour shift per week.
- We perform health testing for TB, tobacco, nicotine, and illegal drugs through our Employee Health Department (at no cost to you)
- You’ll attend mandatory volunteer-assignment training and hospital orientation.
If you’re thinking about becoming a hospital volunteer, fill out an Interest Form today. If there is a match to an open position, we’ll send you an application packet.
Once the completed application packet is returned to our Volunteer Services Department, the next steps are as follows:
- Interview with Volunteer Manager
- Placement into Volunteer Position(s)
- Background Check Conducted by Volunteer Services (can take one to two weeks)
- Health Screening Conducted by Hospital Employee Health (can take two to three weeks)
- Uniform Fitting
- Assignment Training
- Mandatory Volunteer Orientation – Held Every Other Month
Due to the nature of our work caring for our patients, our hospital volunteer review and training process is very thorough. We appreciate your patience as some of these steps take some time to complete.
