February 10, 6 to 7 pm- Yoga for High Blood Pressure - blanket is recommended to help with pose modifications
March 10, 6 to 7 pm- Yoga for Sleep
April 21, 6 to 7 pm- Yoga for Back Pain
May 12, 6 to 7 pm- Yoga for Hip and Knee Pain
June 9, 6 to 7 pm - Yoga for Headaches
July 14, 6 to 7 pm - Yoga for Anxiety and Stress Relief
