Honey Garlic Butter Roasted Carrots


  • Preheat oven to 425° and lightly spray the baking sheet with cooking oil.
  • Melt butter in the cooking pan, adding the garlic and browning it for about 3 minutes.
  • Take off the heat and stir in the honey.
  • Toss the carrots in the mix, and coat evenly.
  • Arrange carrots in a single layer, shake salt and pepper, and then bake for about 15 minutes or until tender.
  • Let cool and sprinkle chopped parsley before serving.


  • 2 lbs Carrots
  • 4 Garlic Cloves
  • 1 Parsley, Fresh
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper, Fresh Ground
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 5 tbsp Butter
