FAQs about our Pediatric Question-Answer Seminars
- Do I need to RSVP for the event beforehand?

No. Turning on the Facebook Live notifications will alert you prior to the event. If you do RSVP, you will receive advance notice of the topic and time/date we will be going live. This will also give you the opportunity to ask questions in advance.
- How do I know if a video is live?

Once you turn on the notifications option, Facebook will let you know when we are going live. You will see a red icon at the top, left-hand corner of the video indicating that it is a live video. Also, the word “Live” is written next to the icon, along with the number of current viewers.
- How do I ask questions during a Facebook Live broadcast? What if my question is not answered?

Simply type your questions about pediatric care in the comment section below the video. The automatic comment scrolling feature will ensure we will see your questions as you present them. Don’t worry. If we don’t answer your question when we are live, the pediatrician will follow up in the comments section once our live session ends.
- Oh No! I missed the Live broadcast. Can I still watch it?

Of course! The video will be published to our page immediately after the event. You can watch it whenever you are ready. If you have questions about pediatric care that were not answered during the live event, you can post them in the comments section. We will follow up with answers shortly after.
