  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 chopped shallot
  • 1 Tbsp. fish sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • Juice of ½ lime

Chicken Salad

  • 1 poached chicken
  • 1 radish
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1 cup chopped peppers
  • 1 chopped carrot
  • 2 Tbsp. lime zest
  • 1 tsp. toasted black sesame seeds
  • 1 cup sprouts
  • 3 lettuce cups

Smoked Salmon Rice Stacks

  • 4 whole-grain brown rice cakes

Avocado Toast with Poached Egg
