Nasly C. Benavides PT DPT, CKTP, CE, CNDT, CCI, VCR AIB

Nasly earned her physical therapy degree at The Major College of Our Lady of the Rosary, Colombia, in 1989 and her doctoral degree in physical therapy from the University of South Florida in 2014. Her certifications include: certified in Vestibular and Concussion Rehabilitation by the AIB, certified as a Kinesio-taping practitioner, certified as an Ergonomic Assessment Specialist, certified in NDT for pediatrics, and a credentialed clinical instructor nationally recognized by the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA). Over her 32 years of physical therapy and bilingual experience, she has been working with all ages in different specialties including neurologic, orthopedic, pediatric, lymphedema, vestibular and seniors, as well as consulting on ergonomics at her workplace.

Aly Dhanani PT, DPT, Cert MDT, SCS, ATC

Aly is the manager of Outpatient Rehabilitation and Sports Medicine at AdventHealth Wesley Chapel. He is a certified athletic trainer, certified in Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy (MDT), and a board-certified specialist in sports. He has been performing sports and athletic rehabilitation since 2009.

Miriam Finley, MOT, OTR/L, CLT

Miriam graduated from Midwestern University with her master's degree in Occupational Therapy in 2001. She has extensive experience with seniors, pediatrics and over ten years of experience in oncology. In 2014, Miriam received additional training to become a Certified Lymphedema Therapist. She has a passion for working with people experiencing lymphedema in their lower extremities, upper extremities, or head and neck to decrease their symptoms and improve their overall quality of life.

Paul Frizelle PT, DPT, MS, OCS, CSCS, MTC, AIB VR

Paul is a physical therapist who has extensive experience working with orthopedic injuries and vestibular rehabilitation. He is a recognized clinical specialist by the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) in orthopedic rehabilitation and specializes in joint replacements, post-surgical rehab, and sports-related injuries. He also has extensive training and experience in managing vestibular issues, including dizziness, falls and balance issues.

Matthew Hussey OTR/L, CHT, LSVT BIG Certified

Matt is the head occupational therapist at AdventHealth Wesley Chapel. He has been practicing for over a decade and has advanced credentialing as a certified hand therapist (CHT). He also has advanced education in treating Parkinson's disease and movement disorders with his LSVT BIG certification.

Samantha Klotz PT, DPT, Cert MDT

Samantha graduated with her bachelor’s degree in Movement Science minoring in Nutrition from Winona State University and then received her doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of South Florida. Dr. Klotz has experience in orthopedic and neurological conditions, is certified in the McKenzie Method, and has specialty training in women’s health. She aims to provide personalized care and education to empower each patient to return to their optimal health and performance.

Stephanie Lewis, PT, DPT, OCS

Stephanie is a graduate of the University of Florida with a bachelor's degree in Health Science and a Physical Therapy doctorate. She completed an orthopedic residency program at the Malcolm Randall VA Medical Center and obtained her board certification in orthopedics. In her free time, she loves spending time with her family, being active and exploring Tampa.

Emily Long, MS, CCC-SLP

Emily is an American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) licensed speech-language pathologist (SLP) who graduated from the University of South Florida with a Master of Science degree in 2018. Emily specializes in preventing, assessing, diagnosing and treating speech, language, social and cognitive-communication, voice and swallowing disorders in adults of all ages in the inpatient and outpatient settings.

Rachel Mackowiak MS, CCC-SLP

Rachel is an ASHA-certified and licensed speech-language pathologist with 15 years of experience in various clinical settings specializing in pediatrics, adults and seniors. Rachel uses evidence-based approaches for the evaluation and treatment of communication, cognitive, swallowing and language disorders. Rachel holds specialty certifications in VitalStim® Therapy, Interactive Metronome®, and the McNeil Dysphagia Therapy Program.

Ashley Mezack PT, DPT

Ashley received her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Boston University in 2019. She worked as a research assistant, PCA and assisted a female soccer team in injury prevention before receiving her degree. She has since worked as an outpatient therapist and enjoys treating a diverse patient population of orthopedics and neurological conditions.

Margie Moore, PT, CLT-ALM

Margie graduated from the University of North Florida in 1998 and became a Certified Lymphedema Therapist in 2015. She has experience in multiple settings, including orthopedics, neurology, pediatrics, and seniors. Currently, she is working with lymphedema patients, which includes patients recovering from breast cancer and patients with lower-extremity lymphedema.

Ellaine Sapin-Ancheta PT, MSPT, Pelvic Health Specialist

Ellaine Sapin-Ancheta has been a practicing physical therapist for over 24 years with a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Therapy from Florida International University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Microbiology and Cell Science from the University of Florida. Ellaine specializes in women’s and men’s pelvic health and has been at the forefront of pelvic floor physical therapy for obstetric, gynecologic, urologic, urogynecologic, gastroenterology and oncology-related conditions (including pelvic floor dysfunctions, chronic pelvic pain, urinary and fecal incontinence, constipation, urinary retention, frequency, and urgency, prolapse and prolapse repair, vaginismus, coccydynia, dyspareunia, endometriosis, interstitial cystitis, prenatal and postpartum care as well as post-operative, post-radiation, post-chemotherapy care for incontinence or pain for gynecologic and prostate cancers).

Ellaine also has extensive experience with orthopedic sports-medicine injuries offering the most comprehensive approach for addressing musculoskeletal movement disorders and pain to the lumbar spine, sciatic and hip with relation to pelvic floor dysfunctions.

Gina has over 18 years of clinical experience as a licensed physical therapist in the state of Florida. She is certified in Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy (MDT) and enjoys treating various conditions ranging from neurological to orthopedic. Gina loves spending time with her husband of 20 years and her two sons in her free time.
