At AdventHealth Wesley Chapel, formerly Florida Hospital Wesley Chapel, our mission is to serve based on Christ's example of healing ministry. That means not only caring for your child with skill and expertise, but with uncommon compassion. We believe in the model of healthy living God laid out for us biblically — which touches the physical, mental and spiritual aspects of health — and understand that all three must be nurtured to achieve true wellness. With children's fitness programs designed with kids in mind, our Health and Wellness Center will be there to help you learn about and support your child's journey.

- Youth Fitness Program

Get your child excited about working out and set a course for lifelong fitness. Our certified personal trainers mix age-appropriate exercises and fun drills to help kids build strength, increase endurance and improve overall fitness. This children's fitness class introduces kids age 7 to 12 to a variety of physical activities, including strength training, TRX® suspension training, ladder drills, box jumps, hurdle hops and resistance bands.

Help your child stay safe and confident in the water with our swim classes for kids. Choose Beginner/Fundamental or Intermediate. Lessons are held in our indoor pools. To register or find out more, call Call813-929-5252.

Fit Friends Kids Club
The Fit Friends Kids Club is a professionally managed service available to our members and guests. We'll keep kids safe and moving with fun activities, while you enjoy a stress-free workout.
Activities
We promote learning through play with hands-on experiences for all participants. All activities are supervised and age-appropriate, designed for children ages 3 months to 12 years.
Security
The Kids Club facility is secured with locked doors, surveillance cameras and restricted visitor access. Every member of the Kids Club team is CPR/First Aid/AED certified.
Length of Stay
Visits are limited to two hours per day, per child. Late-fees apply. Members can add Kids Club usage to their monthly membership or pay on an hourly basis. Ask a Member Services or Kids Club associate for more information about rates.
