Recipe Ingredients

  • 5 cups shredded napa cabbage
  • 3 cups shredded purple cabbage
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4-1/2 teaspoons salt, to taste


  1. Mix cabbages and cilantro in a large serving bowl.
  2. Add all dressing ingredients into a small jar and shake vigorously to combine.
  3. Drizzle dressing over salad and toss to fully coat.
  4. Serve immediately with your favorite meal. Leftovers get soggy quickly but can last a day or so in the fridge. Fresh is best!
