Recipe Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons salt
  • 2 tablespoons finely ground date sugar or dry sweetener
  • 2 tablespoons potato flour (not starch) or sweet brown rice flour
  • 1/4 cup nutritional yeast flakes
  • 1 tablespoon lecithin granules
  • 1 tablespoon dried parsley flakes
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons ground celery seed
  • 3/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon summer savory
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1/2 teaspoon marjoram


  1. Grind all ingredients in a food mill or blender just until well mixed. Do not blend until it is sticky. If seasoning needs further mixing, pour it into a bowl and mix with a whisk until all seasonings are fully distributed.
  2. Store in a sealed container away from any moisture.
