We hope to help you discover what “wellness” really means in the life of a health care provider. This could include reducing your risk of burnout through proven work strategies, joining one of the many relational groups available to providers, attending a well-being conference, or accessing one of the many other resources available on this page.

AdventHealth Physicians Serving in Excellence Recognition Program
The Physicians Serving in Excellence Recognition Program was launched in 2021 to promote physician experience and well-being, and to recognize the outstanding achievements of our clinical leaders through executive and peer acknowledgement. Our goal was to create an environment that allows our physicians to feel whole, serve our communities and provide the best care possible. The program was originally created and designed by a group of physician leaders in the Central Florida Division and is now expanding across AdventHealth.
Anyone can nominate a physician as long as the nominee is an employed or independent active medical staff member. Once a winning physician is selected through the region’s identified process, they will be able to recognize a peer. The physician will receive two pins: one to keep and one to pass on to a colleague.
