PALM COAST, Fla., June 12, 2020 — Flagler County’s first Wawa (fuel, convenience store, food market, and coffee shop) donated nearly 1,000 meals – including a variety of salads, sandwiches, pasta, desserts and beverages – for healthcare workers at AdventHealth Palm Coast.
Located on the corner of SR 100 and Bulldog Drive, Wawa is expected to open to the public on June 18.
“Wawa is all about supporting the communities that we serve,” said Pat Liney, Wawa general manager. “Providing meals to the employees of AdventHealth Palm Coast was an easy decision for us as we appreciate what they do every day.”
“We truly appreciate Wawa’s support and our employees enjoyed the wide variety of great food,” said Wally DeAquino, AdventHealth Palm Coast chief operating officer. “We welcome Wawa to our Flagler County community.”
