AdventHealth Wesley Chapel has been named one of America’s 100 Best Hospitals for Patient Experience by the Women’s Choice Award®. The Women’s Choice Award evaluates specific Hospital Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (HCAHPS) survey results along with primary research about women’s healthcare preferences.
“We are honored to once again be the top choice for women looking for high quality health care,” said Denyse Bales-Chubb, president and CEO of AdventHealth Wesley Chapel. “We are committed to consistently elevating the level of care our community receives when they have to visit our hospital and care teams.”
The Women’s Choice Award HCAHPS survey measures patient experience items such as: effective communication with nurses and doctors, explanation of medications before being administered, responsiveness to requests for help, providing patient recovery information, bathroom and room cleanliness and patient recommendation ratings.
