Troubleshooting Steps

If you have multiple microphones connected to your computer/device you are able to choose which microphone AdventHealth video visit uses.

While on a call, select the wheel icon located at the top right corner of the video. A drop down list of available microphones will be available to you.

Next, select the one you wish to use

Virtual primary and specialty care

Make sure your camera, microphone and speakers are working ahead of time, so you’re prepared to have a smooth video visit call.
