When you visit someone in the hospital, you don’t just lift their spirits, you help them heal. To make your visit to our Ottawa hospital as easy as possible, we’ve compiled a list of resources to help you navigate your experience, including visiting hours, directions,  and more.

    Visiting Hours: Daily 6 am to 8 pm
    For ICU and Family Birth Place visiting hours, check with staff.

    Cafeteria: Open daily from 7 am to 1:30 pm

    Chapel: Open 24 hours a day

  • Emergency Services:

    Open 24 hours, 7 days a week

  • Parking:

    Parking is available near the main entrance for patients and visitors. Emergency parking is available at the emergency entrance. If you are attending a special event or education program, use the southeast parking lot.

  • Gift Shop:

    Monday thru Friday from 8 am to 7 pm

    Saturday from 11 am to 3 pm

    Closed on Sunday
