Instructor: Barbara Grinter, over 20 yrs of experience Ability Level: anyone can participate regardless of health condition or ability. A chair is used to modify Tai Chi movements if needed. Wear comfortable clothes.

  • Visiting Hours:

    Visiting hours are from 6 am to 9 pm. 

    For ICU and Family Birth Place visiting hours, check with staff.

  • Parking:

    Parking is available near the main entrance for patients and visitors. Emergency parking is available at the emergency entrance. If you are attending a special event or education program, use the southeast parking lot.

  • Cafeteria:

    Breakfast: 7 am to 10 am

    Lunch: 11 am to 2 pm

  • Gift Shop:

    Monday thru Friday from 8 am to 8 pm

    Saturday from 9 am to 5 pm

    Sunday from 1 pm to 5 pm
