Welcoming You Into the AdventHealth Network
In 2025, several GenesisCare medical practices in North Carolina joined the AdventHealth network, becoming AdventHealth Medical Group practices. The whole-person care you know and expect has only improved, and there are some important updates to how you access your and your family’s health information.
As part of this transition, how you pay a bill online and access your medical records varies depending on the date of your visit with us. For visits before October 1, 2025, you’ll use the GenesisCare website, and for visits on or after this date, you’ll use the AdventHealth site or app.
If you can’t find the results you’re looking for, please get in touch with your health care provider’s office.
Paying Your Bill
As part of this transition into the AdventHealth network, where you pay your bill online will look different, too. The date you received health care services will determine where you pay your bill.
- Bills Before October 1, 2025

To pay a bill that you received before October 1, 2025, please visit the financial and insurance information page on the GenesisCare website.
- Bills on or After October 1, 2025

To pay a bill that you received on or after October 1, 2025, you can either pay as a guest or pay with your AdventHealth Account. If you don’t have an AdventHealth Account, it’s quick and easy to create one.

To access medical records for health care services received on or after October 1, 2025, please visit the medical records page on the AdventHealth website.
