Saved My Life
Have you ever had a feeling in your gut that says something is wrong? Around one-week old Sebastian became lethargic and only wanted to sleep. His mother and father trusted their instincts and brought him to our Pediatric ER at AdventHealth Celebration. Shortly after arriving he stopped breathing. Our team of experts worked quickly to stabilize Sebastian before transferring him to AdventHealth for Children for monitoring and diagnosis. It was determined that Sebastian had a congenital heart condition called supraventricular tachycardia. This means his heart beats abnormally fast because the upper part of his heart does not operate normally. While there is no cure for this condition, Sebastian can live a happy and normal life with the assistance of medication. If his mother had not noticed the changes in Sebastian's weight and behavior, he would not be here today.

Extra Safety Measures for Extra Peace of Mind
In addition to our usual care and precaution, we’re employing new safety measures to ensure you and your loved ones can feel confident, safe and taken care of in our facilities.
Universal Mask Use
Even in a pandemic, you can feel safe. We’re stocked with safety supplies, have no shortages of personal protective equipment (PPE) and masks are required for all over age 2 at our facilities.
Temperature Testing
Have peace of mind that everyone you come into contact with has their temperature checked (over age 2) upon arrival. Every facility. Every time.
Social Distancing
Feel confident you’re doing the right thing to keep yourself and others safe. With limited visitation, new waiting room protocols and more, you can safely practice social distancing.
Patient Cohorting
Take comfort knowing your safety won’t be compromised. COVID-19-positive and symptomatic patients are carefully quarantined away from patients and visitors.
Visitor Limitation
Feel relieved that every precaution is being taken, including limiting the number of visitors — and making sure those allowed are over 18 and screened for symptoms before being allowed to enter.
