Whole Care for the Whole Child
Sometimes kids and their families need extra help to navigate multiple, ongoing medical issues that require the expertise of more than one specialist. - Multidisciplinary Clinics
Many complex childhood diseases require close collaboration between specialists in multiple, specific areas of expertise. Typically, the process of diagnosing and developing a multidisciplinary pediatric care plan can take weeks or months as your child meets with each doctor separately and those providers confer about the desired treatment plan. But the Multidisciplinary Clinics at AdventHealth for Children give you access to a team of health care experts that reviews your child’s diagnosis and works with you to create a treatment plan all at the same location and time.
