Caring for Your Family, by Listening to You
At AdventHealth for Children, formerly Florida Hospital for Children, we constantly work with our Family and Teen Advisory Councils to listen their first hand experience and perspectives to help shape our decisions and planning efforts.
Teen and Family Advisory Councils
- Family Advisory Council
Launched in 2010, the Family Advisory Council is comprised of parents and guardians who provide guidance for many key decisions here at AdventHealth for Children, formerly Florida Hospital for Children. Their input and feedback offers hospital administrators a parent, family and patient perspective that is invaluable to us.
Each member of the council has had a child treated at our hospital. As such, they have tremendous insight about our facility, staff, services and quality of care.
- Family E-Council
Who We Are
AdventHealth for Children's E-Council is an online advisory council made up of parents and guardians who want to share their perspectives about the care received at AdventHealth for Children. Their input and feedback offers hospital administrators a parent, family and patient perspective for future improvements.
E-Council members will assist AdventHealth for Children on its journey to excellence by responding to discussion posts and surveys on our E-Council website.
