Childbirth Class - Spanish

This class will teach the stages of labor, pain management options, cesarean birth, post-partum care, breastfeeding, and newborn care including safe sleep. All expectant mothers are encouraged to bring a support person to class. Please make a separate registration for each support person. No children please. You may want to bring snacks or a drink if desired.
