If your camera and mic are blocked in macOS, there's a few steps you'll need to take in order to enable them for use on a call.
- Open System Preferences
- Go to “Security and Privacy”
- Under Privacy tab, ensure your browser is selected to have access for both “Camera” and “Microphone” options
- Restart the browser
