- What is Back Conditioning?

Our back-conditioning program focuses on exercises for the lower back and abdomen to strengthen, stabilize and improve the flexibility of your spine.
The program lasts four to six weeks with a therapist, and after that, you’ll use the exercises you learned for lifelong health. Doing the exercises at least two to three days a week will help you maintain your strength and range of motion for your back and get you back to your active life.

Our functional conditioning program is designed to facilitate maintenance and conditioning services. Individuals have the opportunity to continue their fitness goals. Functional conditioning helps you maintain your progress from:
- Chronic Pain in the lower Back or Neck
- Fibromyalgia
- Knee or hip replacement
- Multiple sclerosis
- Stroke
