2024 Orange County Physicals - Volunteer Registration
About this Event
AdventHealth is a proud partner of Orange County Public Schools (OCPS) Athletics. AdventHealth is providing FREE sports physicals to its partner schools, which includes a FREE ECG screening for student-athletes, ROTC, and band members in grades 9-12th for the 2024-25 school year.
When: Saturday June 22nd, 2024
Where: Camping World Stadium
Who are we looking for:
Clinical Volunteers: Vital signs, musculoskeletal screening, medical screenings, and ECG screenings (MAs, Nurses, ATs, PTs, PAs, ARNP, Physicians, medical students, and other students in healthcare-related fields)
Non-Clinical Volunteers: Check-in, check-out, patient flow, athlete engagement, etc
Time slots:
Volunteer shift 1: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM
Half-day Volunteer shift 2: 11:30 AM - 3:30 PM
Full-day Volunteer Shift: 8:00 AM - 3:30 PM
The week before the event, watch for an email providing instructions, directions, and sample physical documents.
Meals and refreshments will be available onsite for all volunteers. Each volunteer will be provided a t-shirt as well.
