Vascular Surgeon Joins Florida Hospital Memorial Medical Center

DAYTONA BEACH, Fla., July 21, 2016 Vascular surgeon Dr. Megan Carroll has joined the Florida Hospital HealthCare Partners medical staff at Florida Hospital Memorial Medical Center.

Florida Hospital HealthCare Partners is the employed group of physicians for the Florida Hospital East Florida Region, which encompasses the six Florida Hospitals within Volusia and Flagler counties. Florida Hospital HealthCare Partners consists of more than 150 physicians, including both primary care physicians and specialists, and enjoys a mutual partnership with Florida Hospital based upon the close alignment of the hospitals mission and values.

She received her medical degree from Eastern Virginia Medical School in Norfolk and completed her vascular surgery residency at the University of South Florida in Tampa.

In her new practice at Florida Hospital Memorial Medical Center, Carroll joins local cardiothoracic surgeon Dr. Utpal Sureshkumar Desai and she will focus on varicose and spider vein treatment, carotid surgery and stenting, aneurysm repair, dialysis access, and more.
