PALM COAST, Fla., August 13, 2018 AdventHealth Palm Coast has named Sam Smith as information technology (IT) Manager.
In this role, Smith is responsible for leading all IT initiates at the Palm Coast hospital.
Smith has 10 years of IT and management experience and was previously the operations manager at Paragon Ocean Walk 10, a contemporary movie theater in Daytona Beach.
He most recently served as PC Technician Intermediate for Florida Hospital. In this role, he managed a number IT projects and provided tech support for computers and systems at the Florida Hospitals throughout Volusia and Flagler counties.
A Palm Coast resident, Smith earned an associate of science degree in network systems technology from Daytona State College. In addition, he earned the Comp Tia A+ credential for technical support and IT operational roles.
