The Medical Staff of UChicago Medicine AdventHealth Hinsdale and La Grange hospitals recently awarded $4,000 scholarships to 12 outstanding high school students from the local community. These scholarships support students who are committed to furthering their education in the medical field.
The recipients of these scholarships were selected by their school counselors based on their exceptional academic achievements and dedication to pursuing careers in medicine. This initiative is part of UChicago Medicine AdventHealth's ongoing commitment to nurturing future leaders in healthcare and contributing to the advancement of medical education.
“We are incredibly proud to support the next generation of healthcare professionals through our Medical Staff Scholarship Fund,” said Dr. Maninder Kohli, Medical Staff President of UChicago Medicine AdventHealth Hinsdale and La Grange. “These grantees represent the future of compassionate, innovative care, and we are honored to invest in their journey. Their dedication inspires us all, and we look forward to the impact they will make in the communities we serve”
