VOLUSIA & FLAGLER COUNTIES, July 10, 2018 Adventist Health System, which includes the Florida Hospitals in Volusia and Flagler counties, has been recognized as one of the best organizations in the nation for those with a career in the information technology (IT) industry.
Computerworld, a national publication website and digital magazine for information technology and business technology professionals, surveys companies across the country to compile a list of the top organizations for employing IT professionals and has recently released its 25th annual list of the Best Places to Work in IT, ranking Adventist Health System among the nations best. Adventist Health System was ranked 53rd on the list of the top 100 large organizations.

Adventist Health Systems IT department, Adventist Information Technology, manages and oversees the robust business systems and information technology solutions across its hospitals, home health and hospice agencies, skilled nursing facilities, physician practices and business offices.

The list of 100 Best Places to Work in IT is compiled based on a comprehensive questionnaire regarding company offerings in categories such as benefits, career development and training programs. More than 20,000 IT employees from the final 100 organizations responded to the employee survey.
